MAIN STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

Concept

An initial stage of ideas  generation. These ideas are  filtered according to various criteria. We select applicable standards and certification conditions. The final project may include several parallel concepts.

Design

To bring the idea to life, we create an engineering design.

All changes and improvements are also made at this stage before the project is finalized.

We prepare CAD models and production drawings.

MVP

An important stage is when we create a live prototype of the product. We use 3D printing and general mechanical manufacturing.

Design

All identified imperfections must be changed and modified. Adaptation to manufacturing (CAM) methods are  incorporated.

Tests

Testing and quality assurance to confirm the accuracy of the developed product and collect user experience.

CAD

Includes final updates and improvements. Ready for certification AND mass production.
